The office assistant position involves a variety of duties including but not limited to answering phone calls and emails to set up new client appointments, filing paperwork, creatively engaging with clients and staff, and maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
High school diploma required, some college preferred
2+ years of experience in an office setting
Intermediate computer/technology skills
Effective interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and staff
