Confident Kids (and confident parents!)

Through a variety of games and activities, this group helps kids develop and express a positive self-identity in social situations. Participants will learn about topics such as:

​

• Dealing with big feelings

• Strategies for calming down

• Listening to the body's clues

• Caring and showing empathy for others

​

***This group is billable to insurance.

While your child is attending group, there will be a FREE parent group as well!
