She has experience working with anxiety in children and teens, utilizing techniques like emotional regulation, stress management, and grounding to guide them toward a more present-focused understanding of their concerns about the future. Drawing from her experience with children on the autism spectrum, Kalie addresses social skills and mood regulation with compassion and skill. Kalie’s commitment extends beyond the counseling office; she has served as a special education assistant in an elementary school, providing guidance and support to students. As a youth lacrosse coach for a travel team and high school, Kalie not only enhances players’ skills on the field but also offers vital emotional support off the field.

In her free time, Kalie enjoys exploring the world through travel and hiking, indulging in video games, reading, baking, playing lacrosse, and cherishing moments with her dog, Kona. Above all, Kalie wants her clients to feel safe, emphasizing that everyone has a voice deserving to be heard. With empathy and unconditional positive regard, Kalie strives to create a therapeutic space where individuals, especially children and teens, can thrive.
